Back in June, Nikon had an exciting announcement, the release of the Nikon Z5! The Z5 is Nikon’s newest full-frame, mirrorless camera, loaded up with lots of amazing features. Now, the public can’t get their hands on this camera quite yet, but TCSTV got a pre-production model to try out!
To remind you about some of the key features of this camera, here is a little refresher.
Designed more for emerging photographers, the Z5 hosts a powerful full-frame, FX-format 24.3-megapixel CMOS sensor. This allows users to take full advantage of the Z mount as well as Nikon’s current lens lineup. The Z5 also has EXPEED 6, Nikon’s fastest image processor to date, which gives the Z5 a boost in processing power and energy efficiency.
The Z5 has 273 on-sensor AF points, which with Eye-Detection AF capabilities, it can easily track the eyes of humans and animals. For videographers, it can shoot 4K UHD/30p or 1080/60p full-frame. It also has In-Body 5-Axis VR stabilization, a high-resolution 3.2-inch LCD monitor, dual UHS-II card slots, headphone and microphone jacks, a new battery and much more!
The Nikon Z5 can also come as a kit with the new Z 24-50mm f4-6.3! For more information and to pre-order yours, click here!
