Fujifilm is bringing a new pal to the party, and you're going to love them! Get excited for the new Fujifilm instax Pal 2 digital camera, the second generation of the unique, go-anywhere camera. It brings new features like an optical viewfinder and new filters and shooting modes, all in a classic, analog-style design. That's not all! Fujifilm has also announced the next generation of its wide-format smartphone printer, the new Fujifilm instax Link WIDE 2 smartphone printer. Building on the popularity and success of the original instax Link Wide, the Link WIDE 2 brings a variety of new, interactive features to fans of instax wide instant photography.
Kicking things off with the Fujifilm instax Pal 2 digital camera, it is the perfect camera to take anywhere you go. Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, it features an authentic Optical Viewfinder to frame your photos and a 1.0-inch LCD Screen to view them afterward. With the free, downloadable instax Pal app, you can use your smartphone as a remote shutter for hands-free photography. You can also use the app to store and transfer your photos via Bluetooth®, or the built-in USB Type-C connector on the camera to connect to your smartphone directly and transfer photos into the app. The Pal 2 can hold up to 100 photos at a time before you need to transfer them to the instax Pal app.
Customize your photos to match your style with any of the Pal 2’s five filter themes, each with six unique effects. Options also include the ability to switch between instax mini, SQUARE, or WIDE instant film and frameless formats before adding filters, text, and stickers. A new feature of the Pal 2 is the instax Animation shooting mode. This mode captures 10 frames and turns them into a playful, flipbook-style animation. Switching modes is quick and intuitive, making it easy to move from still images to animations. To print, just choose your favourite shot and transfer it directly to any compatible, connected instax smartphone printer or hybrid instant camera. The Pal 2 can print images using instax Link series smartphone printers, instax mini LiPlay or instax mini Evo devices (sold separately).

Next up we have the Fujifilm instax Link WIDE 2, bringing everything you love about the original instax Link Wide, while adding new features! The highlight is the Photo Mixer app feature where you can pick your favourite images from your smartphone’s camera roll and, with a touch of the “Mix it” button, the app will generate a selection of collage-style layouts to choose from. You can remix up to five times, then fine-tune with custom edits before quickly printing instax WIDE photos or sharing online. In the instax Link WIDE app, you can also access a wide range of expressive frames, filters, emojis, text and colour modes, including instax-Rich Mode or instax-Natural Mode, to customize your prints before printing or sharing. You can further personalize your images with over 1,600 in-app stickers. In the app, you can also add smartphone-scannable QR codes to your instax WIDE photos to share links, locations, hidden messages, or even sound clips related to your images.
