Bring your vision to life with Studio Lumen, a Calgary studio perfect for amateurs and pros alike looking for a space for simple shoots such as individual headshots or portraits, small group shots, formal family pictures, green screen shots, or video interviews. Spend less time worrying about your studio gear and more time shooting in the studio!
Studio Lumen includes the following equipment:
- Introduction to the equipment and the space by someone on-site
- 6 studio strobe lights (with stands) and remote controller for your camera (video lighting on request and for a small additional fee)
- Lots and lots of lighting modifiers
- Additional light stands and tripod may be available (but not guaranteed)
- Black, white, dark gray, and green screen paper backdrop, used within reason
- Swivel stool
- Large wooden boxes and black or white cloths to cover them
- 90cm x 90cm x 90cm light tent
- Male torso, legs, and bum for product photography, along with jewellery busts.
- A nice-looking gray couch that can turn into an uncomfortable bed
- Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Soft Drinks
- Microwave, Small Fridge, Kettle
- Apple AirPlay on a big-screen TV (music, image review, etc.)
- High-Speed WiFi
Rental Rates:
- Under 8 hours: $77.50/hour (with a minimum 2 hour booking)
- 8 hours or more: $63.75/hour
A weekday promotional rate of $55/h per hour may be available. Inquire to see if your date qualifies. The studio space is subject to availability, on a first come first serve basis.
