Ideal off-axis characteristics based on exceptional super-cardioid directivity allow focused, natural sounding pickup from the front so that the desired sound is clearly captured and unwanted ambient noise is effectively attenuated while retaining smooth, natural overall response.

Circuit design for high quality and low noise
Top-quality film capacitors and metal film resistors are used in the signal path to maximize sonic clarity and accuracy. The foam wind screen is lightweight, easy to use, and a good choice for indoor settings where there is little wind. The fur type offers higher wind attenuation, making it an effective choice for windy outdoor situations.
