From the moment I called, whoever picked up knew which part I was talking about, explained the picture on the site is a different one but she confirmed we were talking about the exact same item, so I ordered it right away and it arrived earlier than expected. Will definitely be ordering from this store again!
And yes the multifunction shoe works as intended, and at the time of writing this review this was the only store in Canada I was able to find that carried this item.
