We are hiring for a part-time administrative customer support role. This position is primarily responsible for entering, filing, and maintaining repair contracts. It also requires written and verbal communication between repair facilities and customers. Expected hours are 20-30 hours per week or 3+ days per week during regular business hours with flexibility on start and end times.
Customer service experience with great attention to detail, exceptional oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to support data entry. Proven accuracy and attention to detail. Microsoft Office and other data entry skills are an asset to this role.
