We are thrilled to share Page 3 Productions' narrative film, Shift Your Focus, the short story of two street photographers who draw closer together through their shared passion for camera gear, which they both happen to get from The Camera Store! The team at Page 3 Productions, Huzaifa Sheikh, Jiwoo Park and Molly Han-Tai, chose this project not only because it was the perfect way to naturally show off the great camera gear that's out there, but because they wanted to highlight a fantastic local option for creators to get into film, video, and photography! We are so honoured that they chose to spotlight our store for such an imaginative, thoughtful, and remarkably talented short film!
Shift Your Focus was created through the collaborative efforts of Page 3 Productions, Huzaifa Sheikh, Jiwoo Park and Molly Han-Tai. Huzaifa Sheikh was the director of photography and editor for Shift Your Focus. Originally from Toronto, Huzaifa moved to Calgary a couple of years ago and has been creating short films, docs, online content, and doing event coverage. Jiwoo Park was the director and colourist for Shift Your Focus. Jiwoo moved to Calgary from Korea in late 2022 and has been enjoying working in the film industry ever since. Molly Han-Tai is a Calgarian filmmaker with a passion for visual storytelling. She worked as the 1st assistant camera and BTS videographer/photographer/editor for Shift Your Focus.

Current Work:
During the four months that Shift Your Focus was in production, the three members of Page 3 Productions were working on multiple projects. Huzaifa was working on a script for a short film he wants to create in the future, worked on the camera team for an emotional drama, and also edited several projects along with editing Shift Your Focus. Jiwoo wrote multiple scripts, was the cinematographer for one of them, was on the lighting team for a music video, and did colour for multiple projects including Shift Your Focus. Lastly, Molly was working on a web series, doing videography work for events, and filmed/edited BTS content for multiple projects, including Shift Your Focus.
Personal and Collective Future Aspirations:
Huzaifa wants to continue pursuing cinematography and editing. While he’s worked on short films, docs, etc., he wants to try getting more into the corporate world in creating ads and commercials while keeping his signature cinematic flair. Jiwoo wants to work in the film industry as a person who can give people inspiration. She also wants to capture meaningful moments in her future documentary work. Lastly, Molly will edit and direct feature films and music videos and hopes that her work can touch people. She aims to win best cinematographer, director, and editor awards, and in general wants to be very successful in her work.Â
As Page 3 Productions, Huzaifa, Jiwoo and Molly want to grow and continue the work they did for Shift Your Focus, working with brands to showcase them in a natural, cinematic way. Their goal is to continue creating successful work as Page 3 Productions and to make films that can inspire others to do the same!
