We love a firmware update! Canon has announced firmware updates for not one, not two, but six EOS R cameras! If you are the proud owner of a Canon EOS R3, EOS R6, EOS R6 Mark II, EOS R7, EOS R8 or EOS R10, it's time for you to enjoy some enhancements and fixes so you can get back to shooting.
Canon EOS R3: Firmware Version 1.6.0
Firmware Version 1.6.0 incorporates the following fixes and enhancements:
- Adds support for RF-S10-18mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM lens.
- Fixes an issue that may cause the camera, in rare instances, to experience a delayed restart after the camera has gone into Auto Power Off.
- Fixes minor issues.
Firmware Version 1.6.0 is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.5.1. If the camera's firmware is already Version 1.6.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware.

Canon EOS R6: Firmware Version 1.8.3
Firmware Version 1.8.3 incorporates the following enhancements and fixes.
- Fixes an issue, in which, after touchscreen operation, in rare circumstances, the camera operations cannot be performed, and even if the camera is operated, [BUSY] appears on the screen.
- Fixes minor issues.
If the camera's firmware is already Version 1.8.3, it is not necessary to update the firmware.

Firmware Version 1.3.0 incorporates the following fixes and enhancements:
