We invite all local zinesters to share and swap their zines while connecting with the local community of the Exposure 2023 Photo Festival!
If you make zines that include photography and/or related to the photographic medium, art, collage, skateboarding, and/or mental health, we encourage you to come hang with us! Zines can be work in progress and can be home printed (if printed, please bring multiples if you can!)
Please arrive at noon when we will ‘share’ our zines via short self-introductions. At 1pm we will ‘swap’ our zines and connect with one another over drinks and snacks provided.
If you are a zine-fan but do not create your own zines, please feel free to come to the event and hear from others about their work from noon-1pm.
This event is Co-Hosted by Exposure Photography Festival and The Camera Store with Supporting Partners AUArts Hear/d Arts Residency, Contemporary Calgary and Star Roots Zine.
This is a free event however advanced registration is required!
